The start of a new year is a good moment for reflecting on the best gifts of the previous year, those gifts that made a difference (and keep on making a difference) in your professional life. One of the best gifts of last year was to have the opportunity to be coached by Margot. She clearly helped me to get to know myself better in a way that I could guide my career from my own drives and talents. Margot is a very inspiring, energetic and positive person, someone you could certainly trust when thinking to explore new pathways in your profession.
