“Margot is an exceptionally knowledgeable professional with a well-developed sense of empathy, making her a pleasure to work with. What stood out to me the most was her commitment to ensuring each session is as impactful as possible, tailoring her approach to meet my concrete needs.
Her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including CV and motivational letter advice, job search strategies, application process guidance, and helping clients identify their personal strengths to choose the best professional path.
Additionally, Margot’s coaching significantly contributed to my development of healthy self-awareness and self-confidence, both of which are crucial when applying for senior positions. Thanks to her support, I found the courage and confidence to pursue my dream job at a senior level, and I am thrilled to share that I recently accepted an offer. I am certain that this achievement would not have been possible without her invaluable guidance.”
